George studied at University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana for his undergraduate degree in Economics. After undergraduate, he went to the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law (formerly UIC John Marshall Law School).
He went to law school because he was passionate about helping others and believed that law school was his best opportunity to impact the community. He also went to law school because he grew up with several immediate and extended family members in the legal community.
George grew up in Lake Forest, Illinois, a northern suburb outside of Chicago. He loves the change of seasons in Illinois with fall being his favorite. Like most Chicagoans, he isn’t thrilled about what feels like 6+ months of winter each year.
He’s been a Chicago White Sox fan since he was young because both of his parents come from the southside of Chicago. He also enjoys watching the Chicago Bears and lately he has been watching the Bulls who recently picked up Ayo Dosunmu from the Illini!
In his spare time, he cooks and stays active. He has a chicken parmesan recipe that he’s been “perfecting” since 2017. Recently, he began to learn baking, with his most recent successful dish being lemon bars. To balance all the cooking, he stays active by weightlifting and running. He used to be an avid Ultimate Frisbee player and hopes to join a recreational league in the spring or summer.
