Will I have to go to court for my Illinois auto accident case?

You may have to go to court for your personal injury auto case in Illinois, and that’s only if a lawsuit is required to be filed against the person who caused the accident. Most of these cases do settle, pre-litigation. But if you do need to file a lawsuit, it is very important for you to have an attorney represent you.
