Who pays for my neck injuries if I am injured in an Illinois car accident?

Once you are injured in an Illinois car accident, the insurance company who caused the accident will pay your medical bills, but that does not occur until the time of settlement. If during, before settlement, while you’re treating, you need your bills to be paid, you can go under your own insurance for what’s called medical payments coverage.
