What constitutes a personal injury case?

When you hear the term “personal injury,” it means that through no-fault of your own, you are injured. But it also means that someone else has to be at-fault for your injuries. Common causes are a person blowing through a red light and hitting you. Common causes are you’re on someone else’s property and they didn’t keep their stairs or their sidewalk safe. Another common cause is you go through a store and they didn’t keep the floors free and clear of debris, and you are injured. That is called personal injury.
