Will I have to go to court for my Illinois personal injury case?

That question also depends on the type of case you have. So, you may or may not need to go to court as a result of your car accident case. Most of the cases do settle outside of court, but if we cannot get a good settlement offer, or if the client just wants to litigate, then we most definitely will file a lawsuit on your behalf. And yes, you will have to come into court at a trial.
