What Constitutes a Personal Injury Case?

When you hear the term “personal injury,” it means that through no fault of your own, you are injured. But it also means that someone else has to be at-fault for your injuries. Common causes are a person blowing through a red light and hitting you. Common causes are you’re on someone else’s property and they didn’t keep their stairs or their sidewalk safe. Another common cause is you go through a store and they didn’t keep the floors free and clear of debris, and you are injured. That is called personal injury.
