Kristin Kladis was made partner at Walner Law in 2022. She focuses her practice in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, and medical malpractice. Formerly senior trial attorney at the firm, she has obtained thousands of settlements for her clients in and out of court, including a $600,000 settlement for a back injury with annular tear at L4-L5, $500,000 for 2 minor children injured in a motor vehicle accident, and $250,000 for a severe neck injury with disc herniations at C4-C5.
Kristin works diligently to address each case that comes to her desk, each with their own set of individual facts and challenges. Kristin also provides assistance during pre- and post-litigation, helping to review police reports and working through the settlement administrative work.
Kristin received her juris doctor from Thomas Cooley Law School in May 2006. She is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, and the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association. She completed her undergraduate degree at Indiana University in May 2003, where she majored in political science.
In addition to her practice and volunteer activities, Kristin lives in Palos Park and is devoted to her husband Andy and 2 boys, 4-year-old Johnny and 2-year-old Daniel, whom she cherishes dearly. When away from the office, she loves to travel and spend most of her time with her family and friends discovering new adventures.
