Liam joins Walner Law from the Office of the Illinois Attorney General, where he defended the State in a variety of tort matters, including motor-vehicle accidents, nursing-home negligence, wrongful death, and civil-rights cases. He brings strong litigation experience, including depositions, dispositive motions, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.
Liam earned his J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law, where he was a Rule 711 Student Attorney with the Veterans’ Legal Clinic and a graduate of the Jerome Mirza Trial Academy.
Outside of work, Liam enjoys motorcycle riding and winemaking, and once worked as a historical tour trolley guide in Boston.
