Chicago, IL (August 3, 2024) – In the early evening of Saturday, August 3rd in Chicago, Kelly Mahan, 44, was seriously injured in a hit-and-run crash in Chicago’s Greektown neighborhood.
The incident occurred near South Halsted and Madison Street at approximately 5:45 p.m.
Mahan, who was jogging at the time, was struck by a Toyota Rav 4 while crossing the street, and the driver fled the scene.
She was taken to Stroger Hospital in serious condition, facing multiple surgeries for her injuries.
